9:00-12:30: Advisory Committee
14:00-17:30: Scientific Council

Sunday 27 November 2011:
8:45: arrival of participants
9:00 - 9:15: Technical Opening of the GA
9:15-12:30: Advisory Committee

Working documents

As last year, we are trying to reduce the ecological impact of this Advisory Committee to the greatest extent. We are therefore limiting photocopies to an absolute minimum and circulating as many documents as possible ahead of time. They will be sent to you in numbered batches. Please bring your own paper copies of circulated papers. In Paris, working papers will be provided on a USB key at the registration desk. You are therefore advised to bring your laptops. The main conference hall disposes of wifi only on Saturday. 

Please note that we will not dispose of a printer nor a photocopier at the venue. All working documents - as requested by the President of the Advisory Committee, Scientific Council Coordinators - should be provided to the International Secretariat in advance in electronic form. Appropriate document and PowerPoint templates will be sent to the individuals concerned.  

National Committee membership fees

Please note that we cannot accept membership fee payments at UNESCO during the week of the General Assembly due to restrictions on financial transactions at UNESCO headquarters. Committees who are planning to pay any outstanding membership fees - must do so at the Advisory Committee meeting. Mr Henri Verrier our accountant will be available for you at the INHA on both days.
